YUSA Captures Abronzino Cup

SANTA CLARA, CA (March 17, 2025) – YUSA just experienced the magic of the Umberto Abronzino Cup.

In a back-and-forth match that produced an exciting finish, YUSA defeated Santa Clara SC 4-3 to claim the Umberto Abronzino Cup Final at Reed & Grant Sports Park on Saturday, March 15.

The Richmond, CA-based club previously lost 2-1 to Santa Clara SC in the opening of Group C play but rebounded to win its final two matches of group play before beating JASA RWC in the semifinals to set up a rematch.

Santa Clara SC, the inaugural Umberto Abronzino Cup champions, finishes with a tournament-high 15 goals.
